This idea has been under review since 2016. Would love to see a roadmap
or changelog of what improvements have been made to this software and
what's in queue.
The comments section on this feature request is significantly more
robust than the notes system within Shipstation. Please tell me this is
under development.
Found this looking for the same functionality. Item is lost, stolen, or
damaged, and I want to run it through our entire shipping/order
management process again. Need a way to get this moved to awaiting
