We do not have a lot of customers who use this option but it is not
completely uncommon. It would be very nice to have the option to use
this billing option as needed.
We use our order # field for carton id numbers which is causing issues
with each box being seen as an individual shipment vs. all boxes being a
part of one shipment. The ability to change that mapping would be very
helpful.
Please add fedex Collect as an automation rule, we send product to
Walmart via ShipStation and have to alter 100's of packages to this
billing type manually. Our legacy shipping software (StarShip) is able
to do this, please update the automation rul...
