At the top left of the order detail screen there should be the word
SHIPMENT with a + sign next to it.Click the + sign to add another
shipment. Sorry I haven't figured out how to upload an image on here.

I am also having a similar issue with scan to print. Our scale will
successfully read the first order, but it stops pulling weight for any
orders after. I also deleted old files, cleared cache and tested in
incognito. Still having this issue.
