Yes! This is a no-brainer… We ship multiple packages out daily and the
customer gets multiple emails. Our products are oversized and there’s
been times when we ship out 10 packages with the same product in each
box. The customer gets 10 emails… ugh
I am looking to do the same thing. A lot of our products are oversized
and must ship in separate packages. It’s confusing to the customer when
they get 3 emails saying each package shipped. A consolidated email
