As @brandons said, it is a great feature but unusable for anyone who
relies on ShipStation to provide sales data. It either shows $0 on the

@lanbosmilsim the problem is, at least with our customers, is they very
often reply to the delivery emails with questions, problems, etc. If
it's sent from shipstation, it should be sent from "noreply@shipstation"
and replies to it should bounce back...
@james11 seriously. They never implemented it or never told anyone they
did.They just ignore this issue. Every time they send an NPS survey I
just mark it as 1 and link to this thread as an explanation.
