Hello we are having the same issue with our account and can't ship
anymore.... its the busiest time of the year and we are getting a bit
desperate.... how fast can someone from the support team look into our
case?
I am having the same issue... I hope that customer support can help as
we need to ship asap.... would be helpful to have a customer support
number for this case so that we could at least call somebody
