We ship to schools everywhere and they use Purchase Orders for NET 30 payments. WHY can't you permit a shipment unless it is paid?

Absolutely. It makes international shipping with ShipStation a time-wasting currency of declaration manual conversion issue for EVERY shipment. Unsuitable.
