Increase the limit of characters to messages printed at the bottom of label.

It would be nice to be able to add a statement to the bottom of a label similar to that in the picture. THIS PACKAGE CONFORMS TO 49 CFR 173.4 FOR DOMESTIC HIGHWAY OR RAIL TRANSPORT ONLY
