I was reminded to come back to this thread after getting an email from ShipStation bragging about SMS support: "You asked, we listened" Turns out SMS notifications have 152 votes and we're sitting here with 283 votes and 92 comments on a mission crit...

'@Christo what do you use now? I'm open to switching platforms since nothing is keeping me here.

This bug report (yes, it’s a bug report) honestly makes me wonder if ShipStation is a zombie company. If they aren’t working on this big of an issue, what are they actually doing?

For what it’s worth I ended up building my own email notifications because the deliverability on these was so unacceptable.
