I don't know about all of you but it appears ShipStation may have rolled
this policy back. When I create a label with UPS, I can now select
carrier insurance as an option. There is an annoying notification that I
can save money using Parcel Guard but...
I spoke with an agent as well via chat and she didn't know about it
either. It took her about 10 minutes to figure out what I was talking
