I really wish this feature were implemented. It seems like it would be
trivial to just have [Item Options - NAME] to be able to select a
specific item option by name in the template.
My commenting here is like a hail-mary. Maybe if I have enough faith the
shipstation gods will grant me my wish. It would be so awesome if you
