Is anyone else having the issue with order alerts not picking up on
orders to combine? I can find them manually and combine them. But
shipstation isn’t suggesting them.

Hi @SuperMgr-Sarah I’m using Royal mail. When I select the IOSS number,
as the tax identifier, the little space on the cn23 remains blank. If it
switch it to VAT or EORI, the number appears, as expectd.
Hiya, I received by IOSS registration today and added it. However, I
can't see it appearing on the labels. EORI does, but not the IOSS
number. Is that a feature or a bug?
