Add UPS Express Mini Box to presets

I don't know which section for this.

For three weeks I've asked for UPS Express Mini boxes to be added to the predefined list so they are billed appropriately by the carriers, but I was told that it actually has to be posted here. 

Please add UPS Express Mini boxes to the included sizes since it's a UPS provided box.
