I am running into problems with our custom forms. We need more description and declarations on them. We are able to modify them on our UPS carrier account, but the modifications don't transfer over to Shipstation. This leaves important information off of the customs documents and eliminates the option for paperless shipping as we need to manually customize every custom form we send out. There has to be a better way of doing this. Any suggestions?
