FedEx Create Return Label Error "RETURN_SHIPMENT is not allowed for origin/destination pair"

After getting an error message saying "Unable to create FedEx shipment. RETURN_SHIPMENT is not allowed for the origin/destination pair. (RETURN_SHIPMENT)", I did some research and finally messaged ShipStation support. Their representative told me to try adding a shipper email or to try any other FedEx service.

In case you have the same occurrence, the only one that worked was FedEx Ground.

Regarding your issue with completing a return label, it looks like you were able to connect with our support team and resolve the error. We're happy that adding an email address to the return did the trick and allowed you to generate the label successfully.
