Can't manually edit it. Can't delete it. What is going on? This has always worked until a day or two ago!
I have to GOT TO EBAY AND USE EBAY SHIPPING TO CREATE THE LABEL. i CANNOT PRINT ANY INTERNATIONAL EBAY ORDERS.
Trying to create a label gives error that Tax Id information is not correct.
The Tax Id information on the Ebay Order page is correct. For example,
Tax Id: GB 365 6085 76
It gets imported into Shipstation as: G************6
and ShipStation errors out saying it can't create the label because it doesn't recognize the Tax ID.
Can't manually change it. Can't delete it.
Come on, guys, FIX THIS.

(Edited to remove EORI and add IOSS) Are you mixing up VAT numbers and IOSS numbers? IOSS should be 12 digits/numbers and the are "HIDDEN" with the starts so they do not appear on the shipping label. I think the IOSS you have is not correct so perhaps that is also why it is not allowing a label to be produced by the shipper. (shipper is rejecting it).

I'm having the exact same problem. An eBay IOSS comes through to ShipStation as a line of *****. The error message is "Recipient tax identifiers are not supported by Stamps.com." This is simply an eBay international order. This has worked with no problem up to now. Could not get the issue past the chat robot. Please get this fixed!!

Same issue happening for us. Did anyone get a solution?

Yes, I figured out you need to open the order and click the CLEAR button for that field before printing the label.
ShipStation did not solve this, I did. Thanks, ShipStation!

Any repercussions of clearing the "bleeped out" order IOSS? Hoping the UK customers get these orders OK and that deleting the IOSS doesn't delete their record of tax paid on the order? I did the same thing and got them to print earlier this week, but hoping they don't get returned if the buyer gets another tax bill when the package arrives? Still hoping to get a real resolution from ShipStation please?

I don't know how your orders are coming in. Ours are coming in from Ebay and, as part of their International Shipping Program, we are shipping to their hub in Chicago and then they ship to the end user overseas. We don't need this information to ship to Chicago and Ebay already has the IOSS information in their computer in Chicago. Point is, this filled in IOSS information NEVER came through before in ShipStation orders (for years and years) and now it is and it's either (1) Ebay changed a field or (2) ShipStation changed a field and no one realized that it WON'T LET YOU PRINT LABELS NOW. Seems kind of important, right? Right, ShipStation? RIGHT?
