Super Frustrating!
Since we were forced to agree to that DDP popup agreement that blocked our shipping until doing so, we are now forced to ship DDP even though it is disabled in our settings:
And the shipment, which no longer has the shipping option of ddp/ddu like it used to, is forced DDP:
I reached out to ShipStation support and they say DDP is now required on ALL FedEx International shipments! Why would they do this?!? I am so tired of all these changes and issues lately (2FA crash, credit card refill errors, AWS crash, forced DDP agreements, etc). I reached out before we agreed to the forced DDP agreement and they said:
"Once you have clicked the "Accept" button on that box, and the DDP option remains unchecked, the shipments you create will not include the DDP. You may consider that pop-up box as purely informational. Although you have clicked the "Accept" button, you will not incur charges for the DDP as long as the aforementioned DDP option is unchecked. Based on our current update, you will need to click the "Accept" button to create the label."
THAT'S A LIE, SO ANNOYING!!!!
