Endicia, Shipstation and Stamps are supposedly all sister companies. We were able to use our 15+ year old Endicia linked account to in our Shipstation account for 5+ years. Suddenly Monday, everything reset (without warning) and Shipstation now considers Endicia a separate carrier, which we have to pay an extra $60 a month for. Stupid.
So when asking customer service about cancelling Shipstation to move to a different platform, I was told that they would also cancel our Stamps account. We can log into Stamps.com with our Endicia credentials and I was told by both Endicia and Stamps that our Endicia account is also a Stamps account.
If Shipstation uses Stamps account for balance then why cannot it not use Endicia (since Endicia is considered Stamps) like it did 2 days ago and for the past several years? Is this a mistake or is this just a way to squeeze more money out of accounts.
If we DO cancel Shipstation, is there an option to keep our Stamps/Endicia account or has our Endicia account been poison pilled?
Has this happened to anyone else?
Nobody at either company is giving me a satisfactory answer...just that they are "sorry for the frustration".

Over the weekend and in the middle of the night shipstation sent me an email saying they are carrying out my request to delete my stamps. com account. I did not such thing... Since then, I have been pulling my hair out with tech support as I can no longer ship Global Post Intl. Did you ever find a solution?
