We use Yun Express to fulfill a large portion of our international orders, particularly from marketplaces like Etsy, Shopify, etc. All of our orders are imported into ShipStation, but since there's currently no direct integration with Yun Express, we have to manually update tracking information for each order which is very laborious and creates human errors. When we mark orders as shipped, the courier appears as “Other,” which leads to confusion for our customers who receive a tracking number with no carrier information.
This results in a high volume of customer service inquiries asking which courier is handling their package and how to track it. A native Yun Express integration would allow us to streamline our workflow, reduce manual steps, and improve the post-purchase experience for our customers.
Please consider adding support for Yun Express. It would make ShipStation significantly more effective for businesses like ours that rely heavily on this carrier for international logistics.
