This support request is in reference to Shipstation's store integration with Houzz.
As of 09/02/25, Houzz.com will no longer support new markeplace orders. All orders and merchant accounts in use after 09/02/25, have been migrated to vendor.shophouzz.com, from what we can tell from Houzz's guidance and account emails.
Below is the chat we had with a shipstation support agent today 9-18-25 who stated that there is currently no shipstation API functionality for vendor.shophouzz.com for for automatic order import and or shipment updates.

Their current integration still centers around the legacy Houzz.com Marketplace, which allows automatic order import and shipment updates

Houzz.com will no longer be processing any new orders as of 9/2/25. All of their suppliers will only be able to receive orders from vendor.shophouzz.com.

for now, i cannot assure you with that if we creating an integration for automatic order import and shipment updates in the future, but rest assured that i will let our developer know about this and for that i will forward that to our community forum
