I have an integration that imports my orders from another sytem (OrderTime Inventory Management).
What I would like to be able to do is create an automation rule that processes these orders automatically as they sit in awaiting shipment status, at this stage in our process we only need the shipping label and our system will mark the order as shipped later in our processing.
Every order is the same service because we have a special agreement in place with the courier, there is never a need to change anything on the order it literally just needs the label and then it printed.
Does anyone know if this is possible with a third party api call or something like Zapier that could detect the orders and then process them?
I'm told by shipstation tech support the current automation rules will not do this so would like to request it as a feature request, unless anyone knows if it is possible using a third party app or api access?
