Only "lowest rate" showing in my Bigconmmerce store.

I am not able to get all the rates to show in my store. ShipStation is showing the lowest rate for the shipment only. I can not figure out how to fix this and so far after weeks the S.S. support can not figure this out. I need UPS and USPS because some people have a P.O. box and UPS will not deliver to P.O. box and the SS software is not smart enough to figure this out. Also, some people want 2 day select or maybe overnight, these rates need to be an option for customers.

I absolutely agree! I want to show FedEx, UPS, and USPS, but right now it just rolls the dice between them and no one gets the choice.

We'd also love to have a way to override this behavior. Automatically hiding certain rates sometimes defeats the purpose of offering different carriers or expedited rates.
