How do I set up postage for a number 0 bubble mailer that weighs 4 OZ?

Is it considered a package, letter or what?

When I try to enter the information it show $ 7.38 for postage.

From my experience, for those types of bubble mailer packages, I would usually recommend the use of "Thick Envelope" for the package type. However, checking in with the carrier's documentation about package types for the final word is always a great call.
