How to report how many units shipped by a user in a specific month?

Hi, I need to figure out how many units a specific user in my account shipped in a specific month, so I can pay them $1 for the first unit, and $2 for each additional unit. So we need to find these figures somehow. How can I find the total number of units they shipped?

I was informed by support that SS currently cannot provide a report that shows how many units were shipped by a user in a specific month, and that I should come here and suggest it as a new feature. 

Can someone please tell me a work around until then?

You can find it by navigating to Insights > Reports > Shipment Count by User. I’ve also attached the Help Center article here for your reference, which walks through the steps in more detail.
