Shipstation once again has completely stopped working on Monday.

What does it take to get a shipping software that does not routinely and completely fail on the busiest day of the week.

I too am having issues.  First an error this morning that prevented me logging into ShipStation.  Now, ShipStation Connect is "unavailable" and nothing seems to be fixing the problem.

Support has provided various "answers" and "estimates" depending on whether I am talking with phone or chat support. I don't have confidence in the answers I am getting from either.
