Weekly Digest Report to Custom Range Digest Reports

We receive the weekly digest reports through email, but we would like to see if we can take the same report and customize it to fit within the range we want. Either by monthly, quartly, yearly, etc. If it can be under the Insight Reports so that it's easy access to download the reports rather than having to go through our emails and download each week for the past few months just to compare data.
