Layout 2.0 had MacOS hotkeys use CTRL+* for presents such as Apply Postage.
Among the many disastrous oversights of Layout 3.0 was the apparently intentional reversion of the CTRL+* Hotkey presets to CMD+* Hotkey presets.
This is allegedly by design. Unfortunately, MacOS uses CMD+* hotkeys for MANY DIFFERENT SHORTCUTS. Now we have to re-assign shortcuts because MacOS shortkeys naturally and understandably take precedents. Please allow us to assign hotkey and shortcuts to CTRL OR CMD.
