We have users that import their ShipStation shipments into our ShipAware app with a custom connection.
The API calls intermittently return 401 errors (about once every few weeks). But now random users are starting to receive 401 errors permanently without changing their API key or secret. Then I have to ask users to update their API keys.
Has anyone else experienced this?
