Hey guys,
We integrated inventory tracking app Finale to pull sales from Shipstation and push the stock change to Shopify.
But we noticed local pick up orders quantity to ship is being changed to 0. And we get notice in Shipstation "The selling channel made adjustments to this order. We've updated the order to match."
Shopify advised that nothing wrong in it as there is no quantity to ship because these are local pick up.
We really need it to keep the quantity to what was ordered not to what needs to be shipped.
Does anyone have that issue or was able to find a workaround?
