My Shipstation account is connected to about 20 Squarespace stores and they've all stopped importing since last night. Other stores I'm connected to (e.g. Shopify) are still importing. When I try to refresh, I get this error:
An error occurred attempting to update orders: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: response
I'll often try to fix errors by reconnecting. When I try that I get a HTTP Error 401.
Does anyone know how to fix this, or an ETA on when it will be fixed if it's something support is working on?

I'm having the same issue. Imports were perfectly functional yesterday but I woke up to a dreaded red exclamation point error message. Squarespace says that I'm still connected. I chatted with Shipstation support and they said that technicians are working on the problem and that I would be notified by email when they resolve the issue.

I am also having this issue. I was able to "reconnect" my squarespace store, but it still isn't working. I placed a case hours ago and they said they were working on it, but I am struggling to get any updates on it, and the orders I was able to get shipped out now won't notify the marketplace or send out the email notifications. Very frustrated because the status page for shipstation is not showing any issues with squarespace so I was thinking it was only me!

It seems like the status page is always showing that everything's working fine ๐ Hopefully support will have it resolved soon.

Ship Station cannot fix anything. We are having this issue with Shopify connection. It just gets worse and the only thing worse is the support from Ship Station. Good luck.

Better learn to import using CSV because Ship Station does not care to fix the problem .

When I called your company I asked why there was nothing posted online regarding the Shopify issue. It took you more 1-2 days to post the following.
"ShipStation is aware that a recent Shopify issue has caused some order imports to be impacted. We are monitoring recovery closely and working to ensure all affected orders are imported. Thank you for your patience!" Aug 29, 2025 - 12:02 CDT
How about a little more information. What is it your company is hiding? When it comes to support ShipStation is hands down one of the worst companies there is.

Same here, Pending orders are not importing from our Squarespace, I'll try to reach a tech tomorrow.
