Many of our orders we would like to prepack and have labels printed in advance.
We are able to do this with Shipstation's feature to print DPD labels with shipment date in the future. However, this triggers an order status update on our BigCommerce store to "shipped" which is misleading.
We could rename the order status, but then the status name would not be accurate for when we do not print in advance
