Feature Request - Add item description to Item list field replacement selections in email templates

I have several items with slightly different variations, which I note in the product description. So in my email template to the customer, I'd like to include the item's description. Product options are not compatible in my current setup. 

Secondly, in some cases I'd like to only use the item description and not the item name, so another option to remove the item name (like the "NOSKU" option) would be nice.
