Hello,
The current shipstation system alerts to major address issues but can change very small address discrepancies without notifying you. As a result, an order I dispatched was sent to the other side of London – the incorrect side.
My idea is to implement a preview feature for all address changes. Display the current customer inputted one and then offer a preview of changes shipstation wants to make, allowing you to have certainty every parcel will go to the correct address.
For those who use a marketplace that already checks address or those who do not want to use the system could disable this feature in settings.
