After having numerous conversations with someone in support, they recommended that I post here to have this issue be seen as there was nothing they can do.

Each time I create a label and use ShipStation's UPS rate, rather than my own, I receive an error message when trying to "create and print". This is with Ship Station connect on the computer. I have been having this problem for about a month. "ShipStation was unable to create the label." I then have to close that error and click "create and print" again for the label to load as it is supposed to. I was advised that UPS notification that $100 of declared value is covered" is triggering an error in ShipStation and there is nothing can be done but to post here. This is extremely frustrating. My support request was # 6735149 if someone can look that conversation up for more details and help resolve this issue. Surely I can't be the only one having this problem.
