In the below API documentation, we can get all the shipment by using multiple filter params however we cannot filter by Tracking Status
https://www.shipstation.com/docs/api/shipments/list/
Status Names:
1. Status Unknown
2.In Transit
3. Delivered
This way we can get all the Shipments by there Tracking Status.
