Shipments by Buyer ID

Is there a way to run a report showing all shipments (tracking number, cost, etc) and filter it by Buyer ID?

Hey there @PT_Shipping, 

We have tons of filters but I don't think we have Buyer ID as an option! I think this is a terrific idea, I'll move this over to our ideas section so other community members can vote for it as well!
