Hey guys, we have an issue and hope someone has a quick fix because shipstation said that it can take 2 weeks and that they have escalated the issue.
When we do a fedex label on shipstation, the tracking link they attach to our shopify and etsy order does not work.
If this happened to someone and you know how to fix this please let us know.
