We've been using Shipstation for almost 10 years and just recently the buyer notes no longer print. We did downgrade about a year ago but they were still printing on the packing slip. Now all of a sudden then won't print. The buyer notes are properly imported from Shopify. I've contacted support and they fix it but it only works for a day. I've contacted support 3-4 x regarding the issue. Is this something that is being worked on? We use another shipping software so it's hard to justify upgrading to a much higher plan when we are not using the software as much- would just like the buyer notes to print on the packing slip like they were before for years.
