ShipStation Support, pls refer to case number: 8431466
I get this error when batch printing

I get this error when just trying to print the label individually after it has been created:
- MESSAGE:Command failed: C:\Program Files\ShipStation Connect\resources\app.asar.unpacked\build\lib\SumatraPDF.exe -print-to ZDesigner S4M-203dpi ZPL -silent C:\Users\pcmed\AppData\Local\Temp\ShipStation Connect\1755553421979.pdf
However when I created a new account, everything seemed to work. Something is wrong with my account, pls help
