I think I know the answer but just wanted to double check before I do it.
I am allowing a previous order (3 weeks ago) to return an item but have agreed for only a partial refund as it's a custom order. When I select "Create Return" on the orders page, will they automatically refund the buyer the total order cost listed aka "Unit Price" or does this page only create a return label and nothing else? I'm also assuming I am charged this return postage cost. This is an Etsy transaction if that makes a difference

When it comes to returns, ShipStation is only providing the return label. Any refunds to your customer or inventory updates will need to be handled outside of ShipStation.
