I am having the exact same issue... I am currently on 3 different browsers... all stuck on the spinning gear after trying to log in.

If you are experiencing login issues, and have taken the normal troubleshooting steps like clearing your cache and cookies, or attempting in incognito mode, and are still seeing this behavior, please reach out to our support team so that we can check into your accounts from the back end of the platform. You can do this either via Live Chat with the widget, or via email to Support@Shipstation.com. 

We absolutely want to make sure that you can get logged in and shipping as intended!

Still a problem today, multiple machines, followed the steps. Just getting the spinning cog when trying to login.
