Allow Automation to HOLD orders for certain week days. COLD SHIPPING M, T, W only. 

We have Frozen items that we want to ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. I have already TAGGED the item, but have no way of creating an automation to HOLD certain days of the week. I am sure there are MANY businesses that have COLD shipping and choose only certain days to ship items. This would be extremely valuable if any (Thursday/Friday) orders with the Items with the TAG could be put ON HOLD until the following Monday, and then be released for shipping.

I want to add that clearly - WE - can just grab the orders and put them on HOLD. But, it would be easier if this was an Automation option.
