It would be awesome to be able to set a product's Shipping>Warehouse Location setting when applying a product preset group. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to select a Rate Shopper as the default shipping service for a preset group. Most of the settings on that tab are already part of a preset group, so I would think it should be easy enough. Let me know if you have any questions.
