We have multiple ticket numbers open with ship station for various reasons. When I have completed the request I have to wait for the ticket number that has been assigned and the email is received relatively fast. The problem I'm having is that the ticket notification that I receive has no information as to what order it pertains to. I then have to check the Ship Station support cases for that ticket number to know which order it belongs to. Since I've already provided our customer's name and order number it would be extremely helpful and time saving if your ticket number confirmation email included that information.
