We have used ship station for years, yet just yesterday it will not print any of the label information. We only get the outlines of the label to print. We can see the label, we can even save it as a pdf and when we print that the same thing happens. I can take a screen shot and print that but that is not a solution that works for day in and day out printing.
I have tried to over and over to even find an email for shipstation to send in a ticket!!! Nothing to be found. I am currently looking for new software as this is an unacceptable way to handle customer service, use other users to answer what your customer service should be doing????? There is not even a group that fits the issue we are having so I just put it in here
