Does anyone else who has a Woocommerce store have issues updating order status after orders are shipped using Shipstation?
Using a WooCommerce ShipStation plugin.
Shipstation is being horrible with their support, as usual. The rep admitted in the chat that he has many users who reported the same issue, but then he replied via email that it has nothing to do with them or their API team and that we need to contact Woocommerce.
Why are we using Shipstation if they can not communicate with Woocommerce developers to support their platform?
If the issue is not resolved open for alternatives to shipstation

Did you check the notification delay for customers? i.e. when an order is marked as shipped in ShipStation, I want a delay of 48 hours before notifying the customer, otherwise they start asking me why the order isn't updating in USPS tracking yet. But, apparently ShipStation can't notify marketplace on a separate timeline than notify customer. These are both delayed if you have that set to delay notification to customer.
