Schedule pickup for FedEx Platform Account Program shipment

How does one schedule a pickup for FedEx when generating labels through the FedEx Platform Account Program (under Shipstation Carriers) option?  If you do not have your own FedEx account set up as a carrier there seems to be no way to have them pick up a package.

Even trying to go to their website and schedule a pickup does not work because I do not have access to the account number used to create the label and under my own account number they will not "authorize" pickups I did not ship under that account.

USPS, UPS and DHL shipments made through the Shipstation Carriers accounts allow scheduling pickups.  Why not FedEx?

Those instructions appear to be for a different type of Fedex carrier account.  Shipping with your own Fedex negotiated rate contract account, as described on those pages, is not the same as shipping with the FedEx Platform Account Program, which creates labels under Shipstation's Fedex account, not your own account.   Shipstation has similar arrangements with UPS and DHL and both of them allow scheduling pickups, even though you are not creating the label with your own UPS or DHL account.

Adding your own carrier accounts in addition to Shipstation's carriers also requires a higher monthly subscription fee.  I'd like to avoid that, if possible.

Thank you for following up! Youโ€™re rightโ€”scheduled pickups are currently not supported for Walleted FedEx accounts.  I apologize for my misunderstanding your question. We will go ahead and pass along this feature request to the development team.
