If you ship a package via UPS using their platform (WorldShip) you can opt in to get delivery exception emails.
For example, when you ship a package via UPS, if UPS tries to deliver the package but there is a delay such as bad weather, or the address is incorrect, or the business is closed, UPS will send you (the shipper) a delivery exception notification email to keep you updated.
Since we are doing all of our shipping through ShipStation, are we still able to get these delivery exception emails? (We already have Shipment Notification and Delivery Notification templates set up and enabled.)
