I made no changes to anything I'm doing at all.
Added nothing, changed nothing and have been using ShipStation for years.
Today, out of no where a segement of orders were all doubled across multiple shops.
It looks like it was for a period of time and presumably ShipStation caught it.
Glad I caught this! Frustrated it happened.

Do any of you guys use the Shipstation API to make changes to orders?

no

Does it do it to some orders and not others? When did it start for you?

all in the last 10 to 22 hours. most recent order didnt do it. Im just glad we caught it. Only happened to our shopify orders. Etsy and eBay orders were fine during the same period

Yeah it's only Shopify for us too. We have amazon orders but they are completely unaffected. We are still able to ship these orders though, if you print a packing slip or a label it will only do one.

We're seeing the same issue!
Our first affected order imported 04/08/2025 at 2:02AM EDT, and is still happening.
