Enabling hotkey configurations from the help/hotkeys menu

Hey all! 

I just think it would be convenient and less confusing to be able to modify shipstation hotkeys from the help/hotkeys menu. I mean it already has a button saying you can apply changes, but you can't even make changes in that menu so... Hope this helps others going through the same confusion lol.
